The historic town of Buonconvento (Siena, Tuscany) organizes its popular Nova Eroica Festival on the 26-28 April 2019, with its "open to all cycle run that includes all types of bikes, from vintage to the latest models. The itinerary runs along beaten tracks that wend through some of the most beautiful unspoiled Tuscan countryside.
This edition is called "Race, Ride and Relax", where the race is confined to serious competitors and the rest to casual cyclists and families out for simple enjoyment. During the three days of the Festival, the main square of Buonconvento will be transformed into a "Street Food Restaurant", prepared by the local restaurants and cafčs.
It will also be possible to visit the local Museum of Sacred Art of Val d'Arbia inside the arte nouveau palace Ricci Soccini, as well as the historic agricultural Museum della Mezzandria Senese.
