MCS Crociere,  Italys second biggest cruise company, is wooing gourmets with its a la carte menu, created by master chef  Ciro Campagna and served in the Obelisco restaurant of the Msc Poesia . In November 2008, the restaurant became part of the prestigious Unione dei Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo, which includes many of the finest regional Italian restaurants.

The Poesia, accommodates 3000 passengers and has three other restaurants, as well as a wine bar and a sushi bar. All wines served are exclusively Italian. In addition, daily wine and speciality food tastings are organized on board.
