If you are interested in the history of fashion and clothes design, dont miss the major exhibition being staged by the Textile Museum (Museo del Tessuto) of Prato in Tuscany in honour of Ernesto Michaelles, considered to be the creator of one of the most popular modern items of clothing of the track suit.

Michaelles, known professionally as Thayatht, was a Florentine Futuristic artist and designer of the period between the 1920s and 1950s. The track suit he created in 1920 has been copied and adapted countless times and is still unsurpassed for comfort and convenience, particularly as sportswear and work outfits.

The exhibition is staged in the premises of the Ex-Cimatoria Campolmi in Prato until the 14^th April.
