Cheese, the Slow Food movement international appointment with the world of dairy farming will be held at Bra between the 16-19 September 2011.Cheese has grown to become one of Slow Foods most important international events in a busy annual calendar for lovers of genuine food everywhere. It follows Slow Fish in May (held in Genoa),Po(r)co ma Buono (a play on words with the Italian porco (pork) being converted into poco (little of as in small is good of Another Slow Food maxim), dedicated to hams and sausages, naturally held at Parma, the home of the famous Parma ham.
