The historic Italian chocolatier Fabbri from Bologna will offer guided tastings at its Fabbri 1905 stand  at this years edition of the Eurochocolate fair at Perugia (Umbria).  The firms most famous traditional goodie, amarena cherries coated in chocolate, will be flanked by novelties, such as the new low calorie drinking chocolate, made with skimmed milk, and a new chocolate icecream formula.

Eurochocolate  2012 runs between the 19 to 28 October. Choco-lovers, take note!
