An important international meeting of archaeologists, organized by the Belgian Academy of Rome, runs between the 3rd - 5th February 2016. Main theme examined by experts from all over the world focusses on the use of drones and aerial images to monitor known, as well as litttle explored, archaeological sites.The identification and surveyance of clandestine digs in Puglia and an introduction to the new 3D audiovisual aids installed at the celebrated Etruscan site of the Banditaccio at Cerveteri (near Rome) are among the themes that will be treated during the conference.
